RealityRift Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Reality Rift”, “we”, “us”) is a custom software development studio based in Hyderabad, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit realityrift.co or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We keep it minimal. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us — if you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
• Booking information — calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and selected time slot on our behalf.
• Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
• Advertising and analytics data — when we run ad campaigns, advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) and analytics tools may set cookies or pixels to measure whether our ads work, e.g. which page you arrived on and whether you booked a call.

We do not require accounts, we do not process payments on this website, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule and prepare for calls.
• To scope, propose, and deliver software projects you engage us for.
• To keep the website secure and understand how it performs.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

The website itself works without tracking cookies. Cookies may be set by embedded third-party services (like the Cal.com booking widget) and, during advertising campaigns, by ad and analytics platforms to attribute conversions. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — the site will keep working.

We rely on a small set of service providers, each with their own privacy policy:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Cal.com — call scheduling.
• Google / Meta — advertising and conversion measurement, when campaigns are active.
• Unsplash — some images on the site are served from Unsplash’s servers, which receive standard image requests from your browser.

We keep correspondence and booking records only as long as needed to work with you or as required by law. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period. If you never become a client, we have no reason to keep your details and will delete them on request.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We honour these requests for everyone, including rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors from the EU/UK, the GDPR. Just email info@realityrift.co and we’ll respond promptly.

The site is served over HTTPS, we collect as little as possible, and access to any personal information is limited to the team members who need it.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If our practices change — for example, when we add new tools — we’ll update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly here.
